I have an ongoing interest in the whole experience as it pertains to me, my family, and my people. For the longest time I was taught by my family elders to be silent, as if we had done something shameful that resulted in our being sent to concentration camps. I applaud those who have not forgotten and are taking on and willingly share their stories.
