The Romans, I notice, no longer practice cruxifiction, and other cultures have given up the traditional practices of infanticide and genital mutilation they once embraced. The question is, why do these handful of fishermen feel the need to kill dolphins in a brutal, horrible, unjustifiable manner, and why the Japanese government permits them to.
