SAN FRANCISCO — “Hotel in a Bottle” by Erin Malley will be presented as part of CounterPULSE’s Winter Special on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 10-11, at 8 p.m. (no late seating).
Talking cats, women trapped in television sets and sheep professors search wordlessly through dance to discover their lost halves. “Hotel in a Bottle” is a multi-media dance production drawing inspiration from the imagery, music and text of Haruki Murakami’s writing.
Performers are Silvia Girardi, Lynn Huang, Daria Kaufman and Melissa Kennedy.
To fully partake in the performance atmosphere, patrons are requested to wear black tie apparel. Priority seating will be available for those who comply.
