Funeral services for the late David Akio Kamachi, 90-year-old, Alaska-born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away peace¬fully on Dec. 7, were held Dec. 18 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel In The Garden” with Rev. Kojo Kakihara of Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple officiating.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Katsu Kamachi; son, Yoichi Jeffrey (Noriko); daughter, Sumiko (Yoshiaki) Narikiyo; five grand¬children; sister, Mariko Demura; also survived by many nieces and nephews and other relatives.
