The late Mrs. Tamaye Tabe, 95-year-old born in Centerville and longtime resident of Los Angeles, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Feb. 10.
Funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 18, 11 a.m. at Los Angeles Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 East First Street, Los Angeles.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Junko (Keiya) Ikoma and Karin (Bill) Tabe-Pitt; grandchildren, Tracy (Jasen) Lambert of WA, Michelle (Matthew Thunberg) Ikoma and Craig (Ruby) Kakita; great-grandchildren, Cody and Sydni Lambert, Keila Ikoma-Thunberg and Emma Kakita; and also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
