Ads must be prepaid and are subject to approval: Cash, check, credit card (American Express, MC, Visa) are accepted. Credit application must be approved prior to the space reservation closing date for open accounts.
Rates, dates and deadlines are subject to change without notice: An ad may be edited, reclassified, omitted or rejected from an edition if space was preempted.
Cancellations: To quality for a full refund, notify us 2 business days prior to issue date by 11 a.m. If after this deadline, the basic charge is $12.
Changes/Refunds: No changes or refunds after the ad is printed.
Proof of publication: Tear sheets are mailed upon request.
Billing/Late Fees: For open credit accounts, invoices are processed one business day after publication. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. A monthly late fee is 1.5%.
