Yemiko Tsukamoto passed away gracefully and peacefully at home, with her family by her side, on Friday, Oct. 27, 2017, at the age of 96. She was born on Aug. 22, 1921 in Sacramento, Calif.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Sako (Ira) and Joann Katayama; five grandchildren: Aaron Sako (Mako), Derek Sako (Stella), Lauren Sahara (Marc), Wayne Katayama (Erin), & Todd Katayama; and four great-grandchildren, Skylar, Payton, Colby and Kaylie Sako.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., at the Anaheim Free Methodist Church, 1001 N. Mayflower St., Anaheim, Calif. Rev. Dennis Sato will be presiding over the service.
