He is survived by his wife, Miwako Ukegawa; children, Joe T., James; Alice, Leslie, and Jack Ukegawa; grandchildren, Robyn Toyoko Ukegawa and Jade Hiroshi Ukegawa; sisters, Mutsuko Iwatate, Kiyoko Kitagawa, Sachiko Oyama and Yoshi Kato; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
