Daniel Kuwada, age 82, passed away peacefully on Aug. 31 at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital. He is survived by his beloved companion, Nobuko Mine; children, Margaret Mie Kuwada and Cynthia Sayo Wehrle; sister and brothers, Toshiko Sugioka and Yasushi and Tadashi Kuwata of Japan, and other relatives here and in Japan.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, 11 a.m. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena, CA 90247
