Lilly Chiyeko Nomura, 78-year-old Torrance resident, passed away peacefully on May 16. She is predeceased by her husband Takashi “Tak” Nomura; survived by her children Julie (Steve) Wada, Tom (Kara) Nomura, Jim (Kris) Nomura; grandchildren, Bryan and Kurt Wada, William and Christopher Nomura, Lani and Joshua Nomura; sister, Yae (Bill) Nomura; brother-in-law, Babe (Kim) Nomura; sister-in-law, Kim Nomura; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 11 a.m. at Gardena Valley Baptist Church, 1630 W. 158th St., Gardena, CA. The family kindly requests casual attire and flowers be omitted.
