Public memorial service for the late Gary Katsumi Takagi, 54 year-old Los Angeles-born resident of Thousand Oaks, who passed away on July 7, 2011 after a brief illness, will be held on Saturday, July 23, 11 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 S. Central Ave, Los Angeles, with Rev. Alpha Takagi officiating.
Gary Takagi is survived by mother, Tamiko Takagi; sisters, Jane Takagi and Janet (Derrick) Isa; nephews, Brandon and Spencer Isa; also survived by many relatives here and in Japan.
