Funeral service for the late Hideharu Taise, 87-year-old, Pahala, Hawaii-born, resident of Monterey Park, who passed away peacefully on Aug. 17, 2011, will be held on Thursday, Aug. 25, 7 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., L.A.
Beloved husband of Hideko Rose Taise; father of Claudia (Thomas) Summers, Sandy (Byron) Montufar, and Lenny (Lynn) Taise; grandfather of Nikki Yamashiro, Garrett and Kevin Taise, and Alexan Montufar; brother of Tom (Nellie) Taise, Nancy Oki and Noreen Hirohata; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
