He is survived by his wife, Emiko Miyamoto; children, Jeffrey (Wende) and Alan (Julia) Miyamoto; grandchildren, Colin, Ryan, Kevin, Kimberly, and Kari Miyamoto; sisters, Yoshiye Kuramoto and Molly (Bill) Takahashi; sisters-in-law, Sue (John) Yamamura, Bessie and Yoneko Shimoide; brother-in-law, Mikio (Sanaye) Shimoide; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
