A memorial service for the late Mrs. Tomoe Oshiro, age 96, who passed away on Dec. 18, 2011, will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, 4:30 p.m. at the L.A. Central Japanese American Seventh Day Adventist Church, 2113 E. Villa St., Pasadena, CA 91107. Mrs. Oshiro was born in Hakalau, Hawaii and resided in Buckley, Wash.
She is survived by her children, Bryan (Ann) Oshiro, Mitsuko Onishi, Mikio (Sonoko) Yoshitake, Masaru (Lourdes) Yoshitake, Kazuo (Keiko) Yoshitake, Mieko (Joe) Namihira, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
