Family funeral service for Katsunobu Asano, 90-year-old Washington-born resident of Glendale who passed away on June 26, 2012, was held on Saturday, June 30, at Inglewood Park Cemetery “Chapel of Chimes” with Rev. Seigo Takayoshi from Los Angeles Holiness Church officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Ada Shizuye Asano; daughter, Shirley Asano (John Leslie) Guldimann; son, John Seiichi (Staci De Ann) Asano; grandsons, Jeffrey Kenichi and Kent Seiichi Asano; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
