Funeral service for the late Mae Midori Horiuchi, 86-year-old, Washington-born resident of West Covina, who passed away on Dec. 9, will be held on Friday, Dec. 28, 11 a.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles, California.
She is survived by daughter, Teresa Misao (Grant Timothy) Hirahara; son, Spencer Satoru (Sharon Gay) Horiuchi; grandchildren, Staci Akemi, Jeremy Tetsuji Wong, Stephanie Midori, Philip Keigi Horiuchi, and Caitlyn Chiyomi, Bradford Akiyoshi Hirahara; brothers, Takeshi (Florence), Kiwamu Tsuchida of WA, Ben Tsuchida of CA; sister, Yukimi Yonetani of UT; son-in-law, Tommy Wong; also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives in CA, WA, HI, and UT. She is pre-deceased by her husband, Keigi Horiuchi, and her daughter, Connie Keiko Wong.
