Funeral service for the late Susumu “Mel” Minami, 69-year-old, Arizona-born resident of Rancho Cucamonga, who passed away on Dec. 12, 2012, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 22, 11 a.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., L.A.
Predeceased by his parents, Yoshimatsu and Koito Minami, and brother, Yayoshi Minami; he is survived by his siblings, Emiko Amy (Eugene) Chan, and Norio (Eileen) and Masaru (Raquel) Minami; sister-in-law, Akemi Minami; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
