Funeral service for the late Asaye Waki, 97-year-old, California-born resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on Feb. 25, 2014, will be held on Saturday, March 1, 5 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., L.A.
She is survived by her daughter, Mitsuko (Yoshikazu) Osako; daughter-in-law, Tomoko Waki; grandchildren, Glenn (Maria) Osako, Judy (Charlie) Gray, and Leonard (Jean) Waki; great-grandchildren, Katie and Jordan Osako, and Noah and Alyson Gray; brother, Tsutomu (Yaeko) Ikenaga of Japan; sister-in-law, Chieko Ikenaga; she is also survived by cousins and other relatives.
