Brian Kito, president of the Historic Cultural Neighborhood Council, is joined by June Aochi Berk, newly elected HCNC at-large senior representative, during the Little Tokyo Community Council meeting on Tuesday. Berk was the top vote-getter during the April 3 election. Howard Nishimura and Ron Fong were also elected to the HCNC board as Little Tokyo representatives.
