A Celebration of Life Gathering for Ms. Ruth Chiyoko Takeuchi, a 72-year-old, Los Angeles, Calif.-born Sansei resident of San Gabriel and a former internee of Rohwer Relocation Camp during WWII, who passed away on April 8, 2014, will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel in the Garden,” 707 E. Temple St., Los Angeles.
Ruth was predeceased by her beloved parents, Henry and Tsuyako Takeuchi. She was the loving sister of Norman R. Takeuchi; devoted niece of Toshio Fujimura and Ann Yoshiko Fujimura. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
