Funeral services for the late Teruyo “Tootsie” Yoshimura, 91-year-old, Fresno, Calif.-born, resident of Los Angeles, who passed away on June 23, 2015, will be held on Friday, July 3, 6 p.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 E. First St., Los Angeles.
Predeceased by her husband, Art Yoshimura, and her brothers, Ben and Noboru Yamamoto; she is survived by her daughter, Chie Yoshimura; sisters, Fumiko Kato and Yoshiko Yamamoto; she is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of koden, the family kindly requests donations be made to Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple in Los Angeles.
