Tomi M. Maeno, 104, passed away on May 9, 2020, after a brief struggle with COVID-19 at Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center.
Tomi was the wife of the late John Y. Maeno, attorney.
She was an accomplished artist, painter as well as an Ikebana master of the Sogetsu school. She loved music, played the piano, and sang Japanese karaoke and shigin. She is survived by her three children, Rey, Vivien and Mary Jo; and by her 5 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
