A funeral service for Kenji Koda, 90-year-old, Huntington Beach, Calif.-born Nisei and Korean War Veteran who passed away on Dec. 4, 2020 in Los Angeles, was held on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020.
He is survived by his wife, Shinobu Koda; children, Sandra (Zahid) Ali of Sacramento and son, Kevin Koda; sisters, Fujiko Oriba, Sumiye Takeuchi, and Kazuko (Robert) Yamamoto; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
