Dollie K. Fukawa passed away at home on Thursday, Jan. 14 surrounded by her family. Dollie was born in Visalia, Calif. on May 15, 1927, the youngest of five girls. She is survived by her husband, George; sons, Richard (Bernadette), Michael (Arlene); and daughter, Patti (Shunji); grandchil¬dren, Kyle, Karissa, Stephanie, Kyra, Caroline and Jarred; and sister, Sue Fudenna
Dollie’s passions in life were fam¬ily, friends and travel. She brightened everyone with her warm smile and her ability to reach out to everyone.
Her career path as an adoptions social worker enabled her to bring joy to many families. She will be deeply missed and remain in our hearts and minds forever.
Services will be held on Friday, Jan. 22 at 11 a.m. at the Green Hills Memo¬rial Park Chapel, 27501 S. Western Ave., Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., (310) 831-0311. Burial will follow immediately.
