Funeral services for the late Mrs. Masako Tanaka, 98 year-old, Fresno, Calif.-born Nisei resident of Los Angeles who passed away at Keiro Nursing Home on February 8 will be held on Friday, February 19, 7:00 p.m. at Hompa Hongwanji Buddhist Temple, 815 East First St., Los Angeles.
She is survived by her son, Val Hajime (Mitsuyo) Tanaka; daughter, Nancy (Dr. Gene) Izuno; (4) grand¬children; (10) great-grandchildren; sisters, Irene (Chuck) Tambara and Kimiko Nakagawa, the latter of Ja¬pan; also many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
