Florence “Sachi” Kurihara, 85-year-old Seattle, Wash.-born, resident of Monterey Park, passed away on June 1 in Diamond Bar, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward, with whom she spent over 46 years together.
She is survived by her sisters, Miye and Judy; brother, Roy; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Private family services were held on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Whittier, with Bishop Noriaki Ito of Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple.
