George T. Matsuoka passed away on June 30, 2011 at the age of 90. He was born Dec. 18, 1920 in Oso Flaco, San Luis Obsipo County, Calif., and had been a longtime resident of San Pedro. George is survived by his loving wife, Kimiyo, brothers, Yutaka (Kazue) and Takao (Masako); sister, Amy Yamamoto; and numerous nieces and nephews.
