Funeral service for the late Mrs. May Ayame Kimura, a 96-year-old, Altadena, Calif.-born Nisei resident of West Los Angeles who passed away on Saturday Oct. 13, 2012 will be held on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 10 a.m. at Inglewood Park Cemetery “Grace Chapel,” 720 E. Florence Ave., Inglewood, CA 90301, co-officiated by Rev. Gary Oba of West Los Angeles United Methodist Church and Rev. Mark Nakagawa of Centenary United Methodist Church of Los Angeles.
Mrs. Kimura was predeceased by her beloved husband, George and her son Ronald. She is survived by her sons, Gary K (Elaine) Saito and Bradley (Debbie) Kimura, of Texas; grandchildren, Allyson, Sindy and Raymond (Donna) Saito, Jason (Diana) and Kevin Kimura, both of Texas; great-grandchildren Braden and Quinn Saito; sisters, Clara Aoki, Alice Nakanishi. Isabel Ishihara, Florance (Leo) Uchida, Amy (Max) Muggli of Switzerland, Frances Yonemori, Helen (Don) Sorayama, and Glendine (Don) Ishimaru of Pennsylvania; Brother-in-law, Ken (Mary) Kimura; daughter-in-law, Doreen Saito. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
