What is the Stop Asian Hate Special Issue?
The Stop the Hate special issue is a special publication produced in partnership with the California State Library to help address the recent surge in Anti-Asian Hate Crimes. Our goal with this issue is to bring awareness to hate incidents, provide resources to survivors, and promote community healing.
This issue will be the largest project of its kind in Rafu’s 120 years of publication. We will distribute 100k print copies across California to dense Japanese and Asian American communities including community centers, places of worship, and small businesses.
