Yutaka Shiraishi passed away on July 16, 2015, in Thousand Oaks, at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife Grace; his sons, Jim, Steve, and Ron (Judy); his grandson, Darryl (Kristy); and his granddaughter, Allison. No services will be held. In lieu of flowers or koden, the family encourages making a donation to a deserving charitable foundation.
