Yukiko Shirai - Rafu Shimpo

Yukiko Shirai, 87-year-old, Fresno-born resident of Los Angeles, passed away on Nov. 16, 2019.
Private memorial services were held on Nov. 26, officiated by Rev. Fumiaki Usuki of West Los
Angeles Buddhist Temple.

She is survived by her children, Dale Hajime Shirai and Carol Mayumi Bertoni; grandchildren,
Jason Hiroshi, Matthew Akira (Evelyn Arias), and Wesley Makoto Bertoni and Karianne Desise Shirai;
great-grandchildren, Zolin Hiroki and Keala Mayumi Bertoni; nephews, Robert Iwao (Marybeth Kaiser) Koda of Maryland, Edward Satoru (Jan Linder), and David Minoru Koda; also survived by many other relatives.
