Shin-Sen-Gumi Hakata Ramen Little Tokyo will host a special Torisoba Tonsho pop-up from 5/1 – 5/2 5:30 – 11 pm. Customers can enjoy a sneak peek of their new creamy chicken broth torisoba ramen available in 3 flavors: Original, Dandan, and Lemon Butter. Supplies are limited, only 50 bowls will be available each night during this 2-night event.
Torisoba Type 01 鶏そば – The Original
Taste the rich flavor of our ultimate torisoba chicken ramen, made with 100% domestic chicken for a pure chicken broth. Savor every bite with generous slices of fresh green onions adding a refreshing contrast, along with our tender chicken chashu.
Type 02 坦々鶏そば – The Dandan
Take the standard and elevate it with a blend of chili peppers for some heat and balance with the richness of sesame paste, creating an addictive mix of deep mellowness and pleasantly lingering heat.
Type 03 レモンバター鶏そば – The Lemon Butter
A rich but refreshing take on the original. With the added richness of butter, the lemon adds a refreshing acidic contrast. For an added dimension of flavor, a touch of truffle oil is added to your bowl of Torisoba.
