Yoshikazu Goya, 94-year-old, Wainaku, Hilo, Hawaii-born Nisei and resident of Torrance, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his siblings, Mildred Fusato, Yoshimatsu Goya, Lily Natsuko Sakai and Masao Goya. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Yoshiko Jane Goya; son, Allen Wayne Kazuo (Gayle) Goya; granddaughters, Jamie-Lynne and Jodie-Anne Goya; siblings, Harriet Harue Owara, Taro (Helen) Goya, Sue Ann (Thomas) Shiroma and Janice Fumie Ganeku and sister-in-law Emi Goya, all of Hawaii. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives here and in Hawaii.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Feb. 19, at 11:00 a.m. at Orange County Buddhist Church, 909 S. Dale Avenue, Anaheim, Calif.
Family requests the omission of flowers and also casual or aloha attire.

Addition service and burial will take place in Honolulu, Hawaii, date to be determined.
