Funeral services for the late Frances Sayuri Takeda, 73-year-old Los Angeles-born resident of Encino, who passed away on Sept. 10, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, 6 p.m. at All Saints Church, 132 N. Euclid Ave., Pasadena, Calif.
Frances is survived by sons, Terry (Partner, Lou Slimp) Takeda and Todd (Jamie) Takeda; daughter, Sharlene (Glenn) Miyagishima; grandchildren, Trent and Tyler Miyagishima, Trinity and Destiny Takeda; sisters, Ernie Nishii and Nancy (Kay) Oda; and aunts, Julie Saito and Sachi Sugimoto. She is also survived by many nieces, grandnieces and nephews, both here and in Japan.
