Henry Hidemitsu Fukunaga

Funeral service for Henry Hi¬demitsu Fukunaga, 82, a Kagoshi¬ma-born Issei and resident of Northridge who passed away on Dec. 18 at the South Bay Keiro Nursing Home after a prolonged illness, will be held on Monday, Dec. 28, 1 p.m. at the Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple, 505 E. Third St., Los Angeles, under the direction of Fukui Mortuary.
He is survived by his wife, Yori; son, Johnny Osamu (Cheryl Shojinaga) Fukunaga; daughters, Pamela Sayuri (Jonathan) Fuku¬moto and Cathy Hiromi (Mark) Fu¬kunaga Suyetsugu; grandchildren, Jennifer and Emma Fukunaga, Matthew and Kate Suyetsugu and Cary and Sarah Fukui; brothers, Hideyuki (Kimiko) and Toshimitsu (Noriko) Fukunaga; sisters, Echiko (Minoru) Kawaji and Sachi Ogura; sisters-in-law, Takeko and Sueko Fukunaga both of Japan and other relatives here and in Japan.
