Funeral services for the late To¬shiko Kuwahara, 79-year-old resi¬dent of Carson who passed away on Dec. 7, will be held on Friday, Dec. 18, 7 p.m. at Gardena Buddhist Church, 1517 W. 166th St., Gardena. She is survived by her loving son, Ken Shigeru Kuwa¬hara; daughters, Ann Ayano (Gene) Takahashi and Yoko Kuwahara (Ole) Nervik; grandchildren, Lisa Akemi and Stacy Kimiko Takahashi, Akira Bernt and Kelsi Tamiko Nervik, Kon¬nor Shigenori Kuwahara; brothers, Yoshio Masatoshi and Nobuyuki Shigetomi, all of Japan; sister, Ya¬suko Nakashima of Japan; also nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
