Funeral services for the late Ichiro Uyekubo, 94 year old resi¬dent of Santa Monica, who passed away on Jan 13, 2010, will be held on Friday Jan. 22, 11 a.m. at West Los Angeles Buddhist Temple, 2003 Corinth Ave., Los Angeles, Calif.
Ichiro is survived by loving wife Toshiko Uyekubo; son, Akira (Cassie) Uyekubo; daughters, Reiko Kawai and Aiko (Robert) Mitchell; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Shigeo Uyekubo of Japan; sister, Haruyo Hiraoka of Japan andmany other family members.
