A private family service for the late Saeko Kubota, 92-year-old, Bellingham, Wash-born Nisei resident of Arcadia who peace¬fully passed away on Dec. 12, was held on Tuesday, Dec. 22 at Fukui Mortuary Chapel with Rev. Alfred Tsuyuki from Konko Church of¬ficiating. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Dorothy Emiko (Steven Noboru) Tanaka and Diane Sachiko Rosedale; grandchildren, Cynthia Saeko (David) Ely, Stepha¬nie (Eric) Hernandez, Kimberly Emiko (Matthew) Tsushima, David (Anne) Rosedale, JoAnn (Rory) Rice, Janet (Lee) Salmon, and John (Regina) Rosedale; brothers, Yoshio (Eunice) and Seiji (Fumiko) Yanari; also by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
