Ruby Matsuda, 83 years old, passed away peacefully on March 31. She
is survived by her beloved daughters, Judy (Dan) Matsui and Elaine
(Jeff) Hirashima; grandchildren, Brandon, Brent, and Adam Matsui,
Amber (Herman) Watson, Nicole and Dean Hirashima; great-
grandchildren, Andre and Richard Watson; brother, Kiyoshi (Mary)
Sakaeda; and sister, Veronica Ohara.
She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Private funeral service was held on April 6 at Fukui Mortuary “Chapel
in the Garden.” Interment at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
