Graveside funeral service for the late Chizuko Sugasawara, 85-year-old Hawthorne, Calif.-born resident of Arleta who passed away peacefully on Dec. 23, 2010, will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 11 a.m., at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Gate 10, 3888 Workman Mill Rd., Whittier, CA 90601.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim Y. Sugasawara; son, Dennis (Melinda) Sugasawara, grandson, Mitchel J. Sugasawara; brother, Tom (Yoshi) Sasamoto; also survived by other relatives.
