Funeral service for the late Jiro Matsuno, 78-year-old Calexico-born resident of Long Beach who passed away peacefully on Feb. 15, was held on Friday, Feb. 25 at Gardena Buddhist Church with Rev. Hosho Shindo officiating.
He is survived by his beloved siblings, Shigeko (Mits) Hazama, Irene Matsuno, Nancy (Eddie) Mino, Gary (Gerry) Matsuno; also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and other relatives.
