(June 11, 1920 – February 18, 2011).
Fuki “Granny” Oka lived a wonderful 90 years. She passed away peacefully on Feb. 18, 2011. Granny and her devoted husband, Harry, were married for 64 years. Granny loved to sew, knit, read, play poker on Saturday nights, and the video poker machines at Pala Indian Casino.
She is preceded in death by her son, Tom Oka and son-in-law, Paul Uyeda. Survived by her daughter Peggy Uyeda; grandchildren, and other relatives here, in Northern California, New Hampshire, and Washington. Granny will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service was held privately.
