Mitsuko Tanibata, 82, of Fountain Valley, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2011 after suffering a stroke. She is survived by her 4 children; Peter Tanibata; Leslie Miyo (Alan) Albert, Alice Nobu Tanibata-Branham; Yuri Susan (Bruce) Christy; and her 6 grandchildren; Danny and Bryan Albert; Elizabeth and Emilie Branham; and Joseph and Megan Christy. She is also survived by a sister, Kiko and brother, Minoru, as well as many cousins, nephews and nieces in Japan. Per her request no funeral service was held.
