She is survived by her children; Lisa (Peter) Yapelli, Paul (Mimi) Matsumiya; grandchildren, Ariel and Alyson Matsumiya; Harue Tanaka and Yukie (Shinichi) Hayashi both of Japan; sisters-in-law, Tomie Matsumiya, Miki (Joe) Uyeda and Eiko (Tomio) Miya; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
