Funeral service for the late Carl Tanaka, 84-year-old, Colorado-born resident of Cerritos, passed away on Sept. 1, 2011, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10, 10:30 a.m. at Anaheim Free Methodist Church, 1001 N. Mayflower St., Anaheim.
He is survived by his wife, Kiyoko Tanaka; children, Shari (Edward) Woerz and David Wayne Tanaka (Crystal Adler); grandchildren, Tiffany Woerz, James, Gabriel, Nathan, and Bennett Everett; siblings, Fumiko Kunugi of Colorado and Namiko (Tadashi) Murakami; he is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
