Funeral service for Shizue Yamamoto, 96-year-old resident of Chula Vista who passed away peacefully on Dec. 15, 2011, will take place on Dec. 23, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Buddhist Temple of San Diego, 2929 Market St., S.D. 92102.
She is survived by her sons, Kengo (Mae), George (Ann), Koichi (Joyce), Hisashi (Jane); eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
