Masao Yamanaka took this year’s top honor as the grand champion with his “Bronze Giant” orchid plant at the 25th annual Cymbidium and Orchid Show held this past weekend at the Nakaoka Memorial Community Center in Gardena. Plant sales, pot dividing and potting demonstrations and exhibitions of plants grown by other members of the club took place over the two-day event.
