The Japanese American Cultural and Community Center’s “On the Veranda” series returns with Hinamatsuri (Girls’ Day), a special celebration for girls and families, on Sunday, March 4, at 1 p.m.
This year’s festival, which will be held in the Garden Room, features hands-on crafts, Japanese tea and a hinaningyo (traditional Girls’ Day doll) display.
