Kyo Watanabe (formerly Hashimoto), age 80, passed away on April 1 in Union City, Calif. She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Ichiro; her devoted children, Helen, Eric, and Kathryn; loving siblings. Azusa, Aya, Emi, and Mio; nieces and nephews, stepchildren, and other relatives in the U.S. and in Japan. A private service will be held at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
