Members of the Kagoshima Heritage Club, Yamaguchi Kenjinkai and Hiroken celebrated the coming of spring on March 4 during their annual cherry blossom picnic.
This year marks the second collaborative hanami (flower-viewing) event among the three groups and one of many endeavors to encourage young people to stay connected to kenjinkai (Japanese prefecture) groups.

Over 100 people came to Beilenson Park in Encino to eat bento lunches and play games.
